Sublimotion, the new restaurant of Paco Roncero at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, combines “gastronomic avant-garde with technological innovation to create a complete emotional experience", says Roncero. In this new place, which will open on June 1st, guests will travel from the North Pole with a cold snack they’ll sculpture in their own iceberg, to the most baroque Versailles, all surrounded by an atmosphere where lights, sounds and smells transport guests to magical places. However, this dream is not affordable to all. Each guest who will live this experience will pay 1,500 euros, and this fact makes Sublimotion the most expensive restaurant in the world.

In the recent list of The Daily Meal that collected the ten most expensive restaurants in the world, we found in the first place Kunio Tokuoka cook’s Kitcho restaurant, which costs 450 euros per guest; secondly, Le Meurice restaurant in Paris, with the chef Alain Ducasse and a tasting menu for 380 euros per person; and thirdly, in New York you can have a menu for 330 euros at Masa. We have to add them the price of wine. In Spain, el Celler de Can Roca, Roca brothers’ restaurant, considered the best restaurant in the world in 2013 by the magazine Restaurant, offers a tasting menu for 165 euros, without the wine.
