WE'RE GLOBETROTTERS

 

Italy, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, the Netherdlands, Norway, United States, Canada, Egypt, etc. We like discovering other places, and that's what help us to appreciate ours. At just 22 years old, we have visited 14 countries between both of us, not including the Vatican. We are a bit antsy, both at home and abroad.

 

We are journalists, naturally curious. We prefer to take a plane to nowhere rather than staying home. With WOWSpain we invite you to join us in our next trip, this time through our home. We'll provide you an overview of Spain: current issues, landscapes, daily routines, customs, parties.... all dressed with our typical olive oil for refined palates. Joan Serra Mingot (Alcoy, Alicante, 1991) is one of those boys who ventures along the most dangerous neighborhoods of Chicago armed with a pepper spray, who trembles while seeing the height of the Norwegian Preikestolen or who suffers bowel movements after tasting Egyptian food, irresistible for him. He likes cinema, fashion, cooking... and travelling, of course. As a journalist, he's been working in Antena 3 Noticias and TVE.

 

 

 

 

Janire Zurbano Arrese (San Sebastian, 1991) is one of those girls who begs for tickets at a Holllywood premiere, who feels like a principessa when she steps into the balcony of Juliet's House in Verona, and who visits every single corner of Notting Hill looking for Hugh Grant's bookshop. She is a complete "moviegoer", there's no series or book she doesn't know about and she loves travelling. She's been working in Antena 3 Noticias and As sports newspaper.
